The resort
The resort lies at the edge of the village, in a quiet neighbourhood, where development is planned for the future. In the front the resort is bordering a quiet road and at the far end the house of Daan and Corrie Klap.
The surface area of the resort is 4600m² and is subdivided in 5 smaller parcels, varying from 700m² - 915m². On every parcel a house of ±18m x 8m will be build (See 'houses' for a further description of the house).
In between the parcels there will come a small road with street lighting, with at the end a parking lot for visitors. All utilities are present and will be connected to every house. The resort will be fenced and provided with planting, a recreation area, a small swimming pool, etc.
We take care of the complete new building of the house of your choice, on the parcel of your choice. Of course variations on the standard house model will be possible in deliberation.
We work together with experienced and reliable people and are drawing from the experience we have with the renovation of the farm. Of course you will have the possibility to let out the house if you're not there.
For a proper course of affairs, regulations will be made by the different house owners of the resort. There will be a yearly meeting and a sublet arrangement will be laid down.
The first parcel (on the front to the left) will be build for ourselves and will remain property of Guido Klap. This house will be let as a vacation house, so will be the renovated house of Daan and Corrie Klap.
